Before being admitted to Raj Rajeshwar High School, all students must undergo a test of general ability and subject knowledge.
Those students who are selected must be admitted only by submitting a transfer certificate from their previous school. The date of birth recorded on the transfer certificate will not be changed under any circumstances.
Students below 12 years of age will not be admitted to Class 8. (Age limits are fixed for other classes as well, as per Education Code Section–295.)
For U.K.G. and other classes, during the first admission, it is necessary to submit a birth certificate along with the school’s admission form. Admission is granted solely on the basis of the candidate’s merit; therefore, any kind of recommendation is unacceptable.
A school leaving certificate or transfer certificate will not be issued until all dues of the school have been paid in full.
For K.G. and Class 1, re-admission must be taken in the new academic year.
For admission to any class, it is compulsory to submit a birth certificate, caste certificate, Aadhaar card, income certificate, and T.C. After admission, parents cannot compel the school to change or modify the student’s date of birth.
